I think purchasing through netbanking is not safe.. It wasted my time. I tried to update information, Bank, PAN card etc.. Once uninstalled and installed again but no use. While selecting State it returns to home screen. It contains full of bugs. Initially thought it was good. Each time i send docs for verify they come up with a new excuse.
Each verifications takes 2 to 3 days. So i wasted my one week with no use. Installed another similar app, sent same docs, verified the next day. So bye bye and all the best. Against the wrong credit balance of rs instead of approx of cash and coin balance I got the email from support staff stating that due to multiple transactions your account was has been credited only principal amount.
