You can use multiple wallets. Things may get a little confusing this way, particularly if you want to use only the one Ledger for multiple wallets. I would suggest a separate hardware wallet for each device. I absolutely would not store any significant amount of BTC with them however. They link your bitcoins to the banking system, which is undesirable.
