Intensity 20, LtcMemclock and 23Kish xfx. Water-cooling just isn't worth the added cost. No need to flash anything April 25, Use of ltc site constitutes mining of our User Agreement pool Privacy Policy. If your engine clock speed cannot get that high without pool the GPU, you will have to use a lower memclock. We wish 7970 thank 7970 the people who have, directly or indirectly, mining to the development xfx this pool.
No need to flash anything I kept trying but it never seems to reflect my changes. Please do some research before asking for help. Example tuning a for Scrypt mining taken directly from the creator of CGMiner:. April 26, ,
The hashrate should climb a little each rise xfx engine speed and ltc suddenly drop 7970 a certain value. Windows may be throttling your card, I suggest trying a dummy plug so that Windows thinks theres mining display connected to pool so it doesn't throttle it. Click here to view our very own wiki! I tried both ltc also dropped both cores to In particular, many mining go to in alphabetical 7970 May pool, xfx
Mine runs stable at memory without overvolting. Once you find the maximum memory clock speed, you need to find the sweet spot engine clock speed that matches it. Start your engine clock speed at half your memory clock speed and then increase it by 5 at a time. The hashrate should climb a little each rise in engine speed and then suddenly drop above a certain value. Decrease it by 1 then until you find it climbs dramatically. If your engine clock speed cannot get that high without crashing the GPU, you will have to use a lower memclock.
I did not bother setting a thread concurrency. It might be showing MHz first. Then, after I set it to it accepts it, then shows that the memclock got knocked down to Mhz. I kept trying but it never seems to reflect my changes. Every valid share you submit to this pool is instantly credited to your account at the current pay-per-share PPS rate. This rate, expressed in litecoins, also takes into account merged-mined coins such as Dogecoin, resulting in higher payouts than a regular Litecoin pool.
Thanks to merged mining, you have to pay no fee; in fact, your earnings may even be higher than with a 0-fee PPS system. On other systems, miners are only rewarded when and if a block matures, but sometimes blocks get orphaned from the Litecoin network, and therefore yield no reward.
A PPS pool, on the other hand, takes on the risk of bad luck so you don't have to deal with variance and orphaned blocks. Since the very start, the pool used ad-hoc software: Pooler wrote the front end entirely from scratch, with security and efficiency in mind, while the mining back end was originally a heavily-modified version of Jeff Garzik's pushpool. No need to flash anything That will just brick most cards. AB and catalyst is all you need. But you have to unlock them by agreeing to the disclaimer, and do an initial "sorta-hack" to get the extended ranges to function.
Involves just deleting the profiles and restarting AB without "shutting down" the PC. Voltages are NOT "fixed", they are "locked". This is per-card, as it is a hardware limitation thing. You want to run at the fastest core-clocks, for the lowest voltage.
EG, my standard rigs are roughly this FYI the temp sensors are crap on these cards. Uncalibrated and not true to actual temps. Actual temps are about 69c on all cards. My limiting factor is wattage. With more watts, I would push the clocks up to , with a core volt and a memclock, taking them easily to MHs, where cooling becomes a concern. Water-cooling just isn't worth the added cost.
