Overall the price was quite high. Great japanese food and atmosphere. It's just that when there are a lot of customers, they tend to rush people who are still eating. Reliable, consistent, delicious, great food and top notch service.
There are two locations in Madrid, with the one on Castellana being our favorite. The one in Flor de Baja is just as good, same menu, great attention to service and food quality, but parking near this location is very tricky, so for the same experience, if you're driving, go to the Castellana 45 location. Sushi is exceptional, tempuras are delicate, meat dishes are wonderful, and the presentation of all dishes is beautiful.
Desserts are definitely a treat here - and a perfect end to a great meal, every time. Fresh fish, excellent quick service, you don't need to wait a lot for the food and the waiters always checking that everything is OK. I would add more Sushi options to the menu. Sushi haven is this place, the selection is very good and the quility is first class, the services from when you enty until when you leave is very good, a great meal.
We stated with a tuba Tatar that just melted in your mouth. Then we mixed some roles with prawns, tuna and salmon. Also nice with open kitchen where you can watch the magic happen! Good and friendly service as well!
