That's why they exist. I've always had excellent experiences with Amagi. It is the first place I go for an order. They're shipping isn't always especially speedy, but I've heard that this is something they're working on. One thing i didn't realize when I became a customer, Amagi has a very small staff, which is efficient when everything goes smoothly, but I would imagine is challenging when things go wrong. If they had metal stolen from their vault, then I won't be doing a damn bit of business with them again.
If they can't protect their product, they can't protect my personal information. They didn't say "stolen from our vault" they said "shipment from our vault stolen". It was to their office, supposed to arrive on Thursday last week.
Metals shipped from vault to office different location stolen in-transit. That's how I read it. I read it as, they had physical and quite valuable goods stolen. That's enough to tell me they are incompetent and likely have someone in their employ that is dishonest at best. I doubt that often. Amagi, in my opinion, has piss-poor management.

I imagine they've similar well-thought-out protocol for their storage and transportation to and from the shipping area. I suspect other large companies have similar protocol. I'd love to hear how the smaller folks do it though, like Shinybars.

If you get a shipment of ASE stolen I'm not inclined to give your information security the benefit of the doubt I've little faith in ANY aspect of your business. This dip has really hurt them. It all depends on how deep their pockets are. Yes, now they should be buying more to lower down the average cost which will help to hedge.

Some sites that offer competitive pricing can take as long as 2 months if you don't order a very large order. So while 2 weeks may seem like a while, in perspective, its not out of the ordinary. Perhaps a bit longer than you would have liked, but isn't this more a case of giving them negative feedback for shipping speed, rather than claiming it was a scam?
