He should be in a better company than this. Geoff Smith is probably just asking himself what he has gotten himself into. Damir Kalinkin is a crook and madman, that should not be trusted at all. This will only be the beginning of an intense legal shitstorm raining down on them and afterwards, there will probably nothing left of their company anyway, so better get all of your stuff out there before they sell it off in order to pay for all the damages they did.
