Based on past performance, I expect the "Litecoin Foundation", to do absolutely nothing. What's really sad is we've seen a coin can have a critical screw up, hard fork, and still become the number 2 coin ETH. But nope, let's just keep doing nothing. The Bitcoin Core devs do not plan to stick with 'just' SegWit as a block scaling solution; neither does the Litecoin Core developers.
