My motherboard is an MSI a-g Litecoin has been a pain in the neck for the r928xoc-3gd two days. R928xoc-3gd tried the configs mentioned on this page. There seems to be litecoin "Magic" range for these cards that lower core Mhz actually nets higher hash speeds. And I did what you said in this tutorial.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have started by following the following guide very closely: Thanks everyone for your help!!! There seems to be a "Magic" range for these cards that lower core Mhz actually nets higher hash speeds. Now i am having the same problem.

I have added a fan to blow directly at the GPUs which solved my problem. Hey i was wondering if you can run 5 of these cards, also what motherboard would i need to use to do it? That board can support more than 5 cards. And there are miners who are using it with 5 GPUs.
Alright awesome, ill definitely go for linux but i gotta know how to install it, btw do you install it on like a flash drive? Higher hashrate is quite possible. The secret to have a properly calibrated vBIOS. I am running 4 cards with the above set up on my W PSU. But if you need a W PSU for 5 cards, i saw one here: I have a question when it comes to stability and troubleshooting though.
One card is always running at 0. There can be anywhere from days between disconnects. Is there any way to read off any system logs in BAMT? I have 2 gigabyte radeon rev2. And I did what you said in this tutorial. I flash bios on card and put it to But the problem is when i use this:.
It runs ok for about minutes then driver crashes and then work only one card until cgminer crashes in about minutes… Ok i try lower intensity to 12 and than worked stable.
What could be the problem? I forgot to ask something…. Now when my cards bios are flashed, can I higher voltage in programs like trixx? I tried in trixx and its working on khs for almost half of a day, but its not logical to change it in trixx since i need to flash cards bios to change the voltage previously, or is it? Linux users have fewer options and can only lower the voltage by flashing a modified BIOS.
